The challenge Ereshkigal faces

A new age is coming- an age where the Drakan govern the Sapiens in order to befit the noble rank of the Drakan. He declares that the power of Aion is within the reach of every Drakan who is willing to take it. He also states that the Balaur Empire is going to last forever. Fregion as the first of the immortal Dragon Lords is going to take the Balaur Empire under control forever.
Ereshkigal knows that it is time for him to become a Dragon Lord himself. He has no idea on Fregion ascension, so Ereshkigal swore to follow his own path to revive.
In view of the essence of his soul being implacable coldness of ice, he decides to travel to the equator of Atreia-the cold lands furthest from the light of the Tower of Eternity. Only when he arrives at the land can he find an ascension fitting for himself.
